About Us
At King Tut, food is more than a meal—it’s a connection to culture, family, and tradition. Founded by Egyptian natives Hadia and Nader Soliman, our journey began with a passion for sharing the vibrant flavors of Egypt right here in Northeast Ohio. What started as the first Egyptian food truck in the region quickly grew into a beloved restaurant in Brecksville.
Today, we proudly serve authentic Egyptian street food made with fresh ingredients and time-honored recipes. From hearty koshari and savory shawarma to crispy falafel and sweet baklava, every dish is crafted to deliver bold flavor and a true taste of home. Whether you're stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, our goal is simple—bring a piece of Egypt to your table with every bite.

Our story began in 2021 with a small, family-owned food truck, built from the ground up with a passion for sharing authentic Egyptian flavors with the community. What started as a simple dream quickly gained momentum, fueled by the incredible support of our customers.
In 2023, that journey led us to open our restaurant in Brecksville, where we continue to serve the same homemade recipes and warm hospitality that started it all—bringing a true taste of Egypt to every guest we welcome.

I went to King Tut with a group of friends on Eid, and honestly, it was an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious — full of authentic Egyptian flavors and very well prepared.
What made the visit even better was the great atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. The manager in particular was very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for us, which we really appreciated.
